“Unknown Unknowns”
In the current war with Iran, there are numerous conservative and libertarian personalities (eg. Tucker Carlson) who are as opposed to the action as most leftists (for different reasons). A lot of the controversy revolves around the Israeli involvement. I'm not going to claim (as many do) that opposition to Israeli behavior is an act of "anti semitism" but there is an odd passion a lot of people have in their criticism's of Israel. It's certainly reasonable to question the influence this one country has over American foreign policy but, in the end, when there's a conflict between a relatively democratic state and a ruthles dictatorship, I typically favor the free nation.
We're still very much in the "unknown unknown" phase of the war. It could nosedive into chaos or usher in an era of extended peace in the region. Either way, now's not the time to show one's support for a belligerant terror regime.
(As a reminder, the isolated -- selectively -- "antiwar" protests in America often have people holding cookie cutter signs by "INTERNATIONAL ANSWER," a communist organization that supports the North Korean dictatorship and the CCP 's crackdown on students in Tiananmen Square).
